Set in the picturesque background in the heart of the industrial belt of Uluberia and with direct access to the Bombay – Kolkata highway the facility is spread over a sprawling area of more than 2 acres.

With an installed capacity of more than 30, 000 MT per annum of CRMB and Bitumen Emulsions , the entire manufacturing facility is automated with PLC based control systems. A sophisticated software enables the entire operations reducing chances of human error and capturing a continuous record of all batch data required for quality assurance.

Quality control and formulations are key ingredients to providing superior bitumen products. SAPCO Bitumen Co. Ltd has established a modern quality control laboratory next to the production facilities.

A sophisticated PMB manufacturing facility is also under installation.

Storage Facility:
In order to cater to the ever increasing industry requirements SAPCO has put up large scale storage facilities for storing hot as well as cold products. The manufacturing facility has storage capacity of 300 mts for raw bitumen and 4*75 mts emulsion storage tanks, 2*50 Mts CRMB tank and 2*35 mts PMB storage tank. All hot tanks are equipped with thermic fluid heating system to ensure controlled heating of raw material and finished goods maintaining the chemical integrity of the products.

Drumming and Gantry Filling Facility:
Automatic magnetic strip operated lance type drum filling machines allow high efficiency quick filling of the drums for both hot and cold products with zero spillage. High capacity gantry filling for bulk tankers ensures minimum turnaround time for the bulk users.

Captive Weighment Facilities for Bulk Tankers:
SAPCO operates a captive weighment facilities for bulk tankers. Calibrated regularly to meet all statutory requirements the facilities is provided for ease to the transporter by providing all services under one roof.
