We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as 2010, Sapco Bitumen Company Limited, headquartered in Kolkata and engaged in providing products and solutions to the road construction industry in the field of premium bituminous binders.

 

Given the enormous opportunities in the road construction sector SAPCO Bitumen Company Limited has been established to provide a complete solution package to the Asphalt industry & Road construction sector in India. Promoted by visionary entrepreneurs under technical guidance of veterans in the petroleum and the construction industry. SAPCO has set up a state of the art plant for the manufacturing of Bitumen Emulsion, Polymer Modified Bitumen and Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen.

 

The manufacturing facilities are equipped with fully computerized latest state-of- the art facilities.  Imported plant and machinery with the backup of the latest technology ensures consistent quality of products. All the major equipment / instruments are imported from European & American companies with the technical knowledge and formulation, laboratory analysis and quality support from multinational technology giants. The manufacturing facility was set up in 2010 with an installed capacity of Fifty Thousand Metric Tonne per annum.  In the last Ten years we have witnessed almost a trouble free operation. Apart from our manufacturing facility at Uluberia we are having Bulk Bitumen Terminal at Haldia Port with tankage facility of around 10,000 MT wherein we are importing Bulk Bitumen VG30 & VG40 from world renowned refineries like Exxon Mobil, Tipco, Singapore Petroleum Co. etc. & marketing throughout eastern India.

 

We would also like to present before your good self that our products are being used by all major road construction authorities and companies executing projects in the entire Eastern and North Eastern region. The above authorities include premier organizations like MORT&H, NRRDA, NHAI and NHIDCL other State Highway Authorities including projects funded by the World Bank and Asian Development Bank.

 

We have already supplied more than 4,00,000 MT of bituminous products to various projects in Eastern India. We are actively pursuing with all stakeholders towards better service and availability of our products across the states. We have also formed a specialized team for training and technical support to the contractors. On the basis of customer feedback from almost everywhere in Eastern India they are very satisfied in terms of quality & ready availability of our product.
